All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments / Stripe.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price (excluding shipping).

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Seguin Coffee Traders LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
