Yes! Orders of $75+ ship free via standard USPS shipping. For orders under $75, we offer your choice of all standard shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx — at their actual rates. We never mark up shipping costs.

We take great care to package every order, but if your coffee arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery via our contact page and we'll work with the shipper to send out a replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right.

We restock regularly to ensure freshness. All products are within their best-by date when shipped. We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place and consuming within 3 months of opening.
